«Yerenergo» CJSC is a company operating in the power engineering field with long term technical experience and with an attitude on the energy market. The company was established in December 7th in 1995 and from year to year is expanding the field of activities acquiring an image of "a confidential partner" both among local and foreign associates. In order to reduce losses and save energy supplies, as well as to improve the accounting and operational control of energy consumption for enterprises with power-consuming industries "Yerenergo" CJSC proposes to introduce the Automated Information Measuring Systems of Monitoring and Accounting of Electricity - ASCAEE, based on the application of the new, updated EuroAlpha meters and AlphaCenter measuring-calculation complex.

Project investigations were provided by "Yerenergo" CJSC for "Kajaran Copper-Molybdenum Combine" , "Telasi" JSC., "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC

"Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC within the bounds of "Power supply ensuring of the center of Yerevan with accounting power increase" program, plans a construction of a new 110/6 kV Tsitsernakaberd indoor substation with two transformers of 40 MW in Yerevan , "Kajaran Copper-Molybdenum combine" CJSC is constructing the substations "Combine110/35/6 kV" and "Agats 110/35/6 kV". On a competitive basis the right of the project realization is conceded to AREVA-representative in Armenia, to "Yerenergo" CJSC, which delivers all the materials and devices essential or necessary for the proper functioning and operation of facilities under construction.

"Yerenergo" CJSC implemented the integration of automated system of control and accounting of water (ASCAW) on "Zangezour Copper-Molybdenum Combine" CJSC. (2007-2008).
"Yerenergo" CJSC is entitled to generate electricity (ARENI HPS). The company up till now fulfils power sale to "ENA" CJSC. Reconstruction and improvement of Areni HPS is a special page in the company's history.
